We may collect information about your physical location. 


We may also maintain a record of your service purchases and notarization history.


Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase services, or access certain services, offers and content on our web sites. In addition, we may need to contact you via phone, email or mail to address questions or issues specific to your order, service request, etc., even if you have opted to not receive marketing communications from 
us.


This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Professional eNotary & Consulting website. On some pages, you can order services, make requests, and register to receive materials & information.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain it by accessing your account via your online personal account. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error via telephone or email to contact@professionalenotary.com.

In as much as an email address has been provided, we would also send notification via email. We will also post a notice on our home page that this privacy statement has changed.
