Standard & Expedited Apostille Courier Services

Our Apostille Courier services may include document pick-up, notarization, apostille application processing, and document return (expedited options is available upon request for an additional fee). These services handle the entire process of obtaining an apostille, which is a certification that verifies the authenticity of a document for international use.

Here's a breakdown of the services:

  1. Document Pickup:

Professional eNotary courier service collects the document(s) requiring apostilles from the client's location or a designated drop-off point.

  2. Notarization:

If the document requires notarization, the courier service will arrange for a notary public to witness the signature and officially notarize the document.

  3. Apostille Application:

The courier service submits the notarized document, along with any necessary forms, fees, and a return mailing label, to the appropriate state or federal agency for apostille processing.

  4. Apostille Processing:

The agency then reviews the document and issues the apostille, which is a certificate that authenticates the document for use in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention

  5. Document Return:

Finally, the courier service receives the apostilled document and returns it to the client, either via mail or a designated delivery method.

  6. Expedited Services:

Many courier services offer expedited processing and shipping options for an additional fee, allowing for faster turnaround times.

  7. Additional Services:

Professional eNotary apostille courier services may also offer related services, such as document translation, background checks, and assistance with embassy legalization for countries not part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
